Welcome to the Digital Charities Working Group – formerly the ‘Global New Media group’. We first came together to discuss how to work together on web for Make Poverty History, and the group has kept meeting ever since.
Members of the group include digital campaigners, web editors & designers and digital managers from Amnesty International, ActionAid Greenpeace, Oxfam, UNICEF, Christian Aid, Stop Climate Chaos, Medicin Sans Frontiers, World Development Movement, CAFOD, Tearfund, Progressio, and many more. Owing to the nature of the topics discussed, and the ideas shared, to come to a meetup, you must be currently employed by a charity.
We are a diverse group working together to share web knowledge and help each other deliver compelling web campaigns and general content for our supporters.
